You can get a Covid-19 NAAT (Nucleic Acid Amplification Test), the most well-known of which is the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test, or Rapid Antigen test at medical clinics in Australia and with Certyfly lab partners.
Travel to or transit through Australia requires a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. Unless you are flying from New Zealand on a quarantine-free flight, you must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of your scheduled departure to your airline at check-in.
To book a Covid-19 NAAT/PCR or Rapid Antigen test with Certyfly, you must have photo identification and the following details: Flight date, Flight time, Flight number, Email address, Mobile number and Passport number
Children aged 4 or younger are not required to take a test.
Depending on the test selected, your Covid-19 NAAT/PCR test results will be available by midnight on the same day or the next day. Your Rapid Antigen test results will be available within 30 minutes.
